Among the policies and initiatives that have led the company to obtain this recognition is the implementation of equality plans, on a voluntary basis, since 2011. Thus, in 2020, the III Equality Plan was approved, integrated by 42 measures, being one of the first plans registered in accordance with the new regulations.
Among the main measures implemented, the evaluation of supplier companies taking into account their equality policies, alliances with educational centers and organizations to facilitate the incorporation of women into masculinized jobs and the strengthening of support for victims of violence stand out as a novelty. of genre.
