The Local Government Board in a session held on January 12, 2024, on the Subject: “Expd. 2976/2023. CONTRACTING OF URBAN TRANSPORTATION SERVICE THROUGH SERVICE CONCESSION.” APPROVAL OF COST STRUCTURE”, has agreed to the following:

AGREEMENT

“1º.- Partially estimate the allegations presented by Mr. Pablo Samper Hernández, as Spokesperson for the Sueña Torrevieja Municipal Group in the Torrevieja City Council, through entry record 2023-E-RE-92904, dated December 27, 2023, in regarding the first allegation, related to discrepancies in the publication deadlines of the Cost Structure, initially approved by the Local Government Board on March 10, 2023, rejecting the rest of the allegations, all according to a report issued by the Mr. Municipal Civil Engineer, Mr. Francisco Javier García Sánchez, dated January 9, 2024 (CSV:4S7T3R9AS43ZNDPEEQ2HQQR2J).

2nd.- Publish the Cost Structure approved by the Local Government Board in a session held on March 10, 2023, for a period of 20 business days , by means of an announcement on the municipal edict board and in the Official Gazette of the province , and publication of the Structure proposal on the municipal website, prior to the approval of the specifications and subsequent submission of the proposal for said cost structure to the Higher Administrative Contracting Board of the Generalitat Valenciana for its report.

The Cost Structure proposal can be consulted by citizens digitally at the following web address: https://torrevieja.es/es/ayuntamiento/consulta-publica-previa.

Likewise, they may formulate in writing the allegations they deem appropriate addressed to the Torrevieja City Council, which may be presented through the General Electronic Registry of the City Council; at the Municipal Registry Office, located at Plaza de la Constitución, nº 2, 03181 Torrevieja, Alicante, or in any other way permitted by article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public administrations
