The comparsa "Martínez Ares", first prize of the Cádiz Carnival 2022, will perform at the fourth carnival festival "Ciudad de Torrevieja-Costa Blanca"

One more year Torrevieja will once again enjoy the best of Cádiz's carnival groups, in the fourth edition of the "Ciudad de Torrevieja-Costa Blanca" Carnival Festival, organized by the Chirigota de Torrevieja "Los Sangochaos" with the support of the Municipal Institute of Culture “Joaquín Chapaprieta”, the Provincial Tourist Board “Costa Blanca” and Agamed.

The festival will be held at the Municipal Theater on August 14, at 9:00 p.m., although the doors will open an hour before. On stage there will be two of the most popular chirigotas of the Cadiz carnival, such as "Fermín and Antoñito" Los impatientes, and "Canijo" Antología. Both will offer the anthology of their most outstanding participations in the contest of the Gran Teatro Falla de Cádiz.

The torrevejense chirigota and hostess of the festival "Los Sangochaos" will be the one who opens the festival in which they will interpret chirigotas from their new repertoire as "El type los del var".
