The PICs are tourist offices that offer, among other services, quality and truthful information regarding the characteristics of the Natural Park and the activities that take place in it.

The Mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolón, signed yesterday the decree for the Tourist Office located in Paseo Vista Alegre to be Collaborating Information Point (PIC) of the Natural Park of Lagunas de La Mata and Torrevieja, within the agreement of collaboration between Turisme Comunitat Valenciana and the Torrevieja City Council for the development of the Tourist Info program, through the maintenance in said network of the tourist information offices of the city.
Turisme Comunitat Valenciana and the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, develop a program of dissemination and improvement of information to visitors about Natural Parks, which is specified in the voluntary adhesion of the Tourist Info Offices to the PIC Network of the Natural Parks of the Valencian Community.
Through this agreement, the technical and informant staff of the Torrevieja tourist information offices will participate in the training, both basic and specific and recycling, established by Turisme Comunitat Valenciana and the Ministry of Agriculture as a condition for obtaining and renewing the accreditation.
The Collaborator Information Points (PIC) , are tourist offices of the Tourist Info Network of the Valencian Community that offer, among other services, quality and truthful information regarding the characteristics of the Natural Park and the activities that take place in the same, constituting a support to the interpretation centers and offices of the Natural Parks.
The user who goes to these tourist offices accredited as PIC will be able to obtain information about the facilities, itineraries and services offered by the Lagunas de La Mata and Torrevieja Natural Park.
