The Councilor for Culture of the Torrevieja City Council, Antonio Quesada, presented this morning together with Jesús García and Francisco Moreno, members of the Asociación Voces Líricas del Mediterráneo, the project called “Habaneras en tu puerta” that will be developed by the Municipal Habaneras Board of Trustees through this association.

Last Friday, February 23, a total of 18 Comincrea Master students, from Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, China, Colombia, Cuba, France and Spain, toured iconic and representative spaces of Havana in Torrevieja, with the aim to feed the conceptualization and design of the exhibition on which they have been working since last year.

The Local Government Board (JGL) of the Torrevieja City Council has approved this morning the modification of the contract signed with the company PAREDES PEDROSA ARQUITECTOS SLP, winner of the contract for the provision of the drafting service for the Eras de la Salt, which includes the construction of the Museum of the Sea and Salt, the multipurpose venue with the main destination for the celebration of the International Habaneras and Polyphony Contest, as well as its complementary infrastructures and the surrounding urbanization.
